Join us for a weekly Guided Loving-Kindness Meditation. Each week we will explore mindful self-compassion, providing participants an opportunity to comfort and care for themselves and offering a kind, gentle, and supportive informal practice.
Program Dates: January 22 - March 12, 2025. Program runs every Wednesday via Zoom from 12:30 - 1:00 p.m.
