Our YMCA Fitness Team offer group fitness classes at both the Downtown Y and John Tod Centre for individuals of all fitness abilities. From personal training to independent goal-setting, from group fitness classes to individual workouts, our friendly and approachable staff and volunteers are here to support you on your journey to better health. You’ll have fun while a certified Group Fitness Instructor guides you to better health.
